Did talk to the owner and the tenant and all issues have been addressed. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |

The owner called and the cooler was working and went to the site and the cooler was working. Did check the temperature and was 74 degrees coming out of the floor vent. A new water pump has been installed and the pads are wet. Did have people at the mobile home related to the tenant and did tell them that the cooler is working. Did check and the cooler switch and is for a 2-speed motor and only one speed is working. Did call the owner and went over that the 2-speed motor is not working. The owner did state that the motor is 2-speed and will check if the wiring is loose or not connected. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
