The property is a mobile home and no one home. Has cooler and in not on at this time. Left a card on the door. |

The tenant called and has someone at the property. Did go back and the cooler was on and not cooling properly. The temperature was 82 degrees out of the floor vents. Did check the pads and they are not wet properly and appears to not getting enough water. Did call the owner and he will send someone to check the cooler due to just had someone work on the cooler. Will check tomorrow. RV. |
