The tenant is in the process of moving out due to the lenght of the repairs being done. The upper unit is leaking water through the ceiling in the bathroom and the ceiling has been removed to make the repairs on the plumbing to the upper unit. Did meet with the manager and the maintenance and a work order has been made. They are in the process of patching the ceiling and have stated that the plumbing has been repaired. The lenght of time was due the repair was made and still was leaking. Did leave a card to call once the repairs have been made. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
