The house has no water and the tenant is in the process of moving out. The tenant has been served a Notice to vacate the property for eviction. Did check the house and is cleaned and the interior has boxes where the tenant is packing. There is water in the house in buckets and a plastic trash can where they are getting water from another location and bringing to the house. Did go over that they can not stay in the house with out water. They have had no water since they moved in approx. 2-months. Did paper work to vacate the property and did the posting of "Do Not Enter" on the front window. The tenant stated that she has to be moved out by Monday at 12:00 PM on 6-29-15. The electrical was on but was to be turned off on Monday. The tenant signed the paper work and gave a card with my phone number to call. Will check in 5 days. RV. |
