Visited site, inspected, met TPD on site, was showed the damage, inspected unit, found the damage to be minimal, stucco, sheating, sheetrock. I met manager on site and expalined that a permit would not be required for the damage but that a inspection from the area code enforcement inspector would have to inspect upon completion of the repair of the exterior and interior, wrote notice of violation, had manager sign and gave a copy, also needs to be completed within thirty days, took photos |
