On site, knock on door no answer. Grass and weeds exceed 6 inches in height in front yard, side yard, rear yard, front and south sidewalk area and alley. Refuse, debris and outdoor storage in rear yard and in carport area not limited to: piles of bricks, lumber, tires and scrap metal. Parked in south side yard white Ford Van and a yellow utility trailer with flat tires. Follow up in 10 days. |
