Visited site, inspected, found as follows, there were two banners placed on face wall on plumer av, also there is graffitti on several location along building wall facing south, wrote notice of violation, met manager, discussed violations,and process of securing permits and recieving permit for banners and also the graffiti,gave copy of the notice of violation to the owner, gave thirty days to abate,gave copy to the owner. |
