Site inspection of location; viewed from front and east neighboring parcel; there is a unattached accessory structure at rear of property that has been fenced and includes a shed and attached porch verified with aerial review; structure is over 200 sq ft and was built approx. 2011 without permits; unable to determine what type of structure or if occupied. No visible water/electrical connections. Spoke with tenant of main structure out front who did not allow access to rear property but advised all utilities were active and that the rear structure was a workshop for the owner and did not occupy it. Water service for address is listed as disconnected since 2007; work request submitted to TW to investigate possible connection to abutting property to west which is active and same owner. |
