On site with TPD, Tucson Water , found several people on site all claimed to be visiting, actual tenant not available. Contacted owner of property and requested his presents on site, owner claims house is in forclosure, issued hand written NOV and emergency abatement to owner on site for lack of utilities ( water and electrical) 30 day to abate utilities and 0 days on abatement.placard placed on front windows and owner secured house ( replaced locks on front and rear doors ) Tucson Water removed water meter for lack of payment. |
