I was able to see the strucutre in question from the address side of the home and it appears to be a ramada. The size of the structure would not fall into permitting requirements and the setback from the complainants property line is well n excess of the minimum 6' requirement. I've placed a call to the PO to insure the dimensions of the structure. |
