Stopped by the house today and the front of the property is free of violations. I spoke with a resident who stated that Saldate had been by earlier in the week. She stated she was aware that the truckbed camper was not supposed to be occupied and that arragenments were being made to have it vacated within a week. I gave her my business card an asked that one of the owners make contact with myself this week. I asked about the natural gas issue and she stated they were working on replacing the gas dependant appliances with electric appliances. I questioned her about having fires in the back yard to heat water and she stated that any fires were strictly for grilling food. I looked at the rear yard and from what I could see the outdoor storage would exceed the maximum allowable under ordinance. Will discuss that with PO. |
