After on site inspection , found house is equiped with and older slpit A/C unit , unit was operational, but intermediately will shut down and trip all breakers in electrical sub panel. Spoke with property manager and he has scheduled to install 3 window mounted A/C units. Issued hand written NOV. for inadequate cooling and possible overloaded/faulty electrical system, no immediate electrical hazzard .. |
