06/03/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved With a Warrant TPD had a very hard time trying to get the owner to come to the door when they tried to kick in the door the owner did finally come to the door. Once they check out the inside and made sure it was safe for me to go in, I found the inside to be unssanitary and unfit for human habitation, the inside was filled with trash and debris, there was cat waste in the fool of the bathroom, you could not get to the kitchen area and I was unable to get to two of the othere rooms because of the stuff inside the house. The TFD fire Capt from Station 11 told her if the hosue was to catch on fire that he would not be able to go inside and get her out. See photos in sirer.
10/14/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The property is still the same, have spoken to Supervison and explained that the owner is in a wheel chair and has limited ability to move and do what needs to be done. Will be working with her and give her more time.
