08/12/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Driving by and saw building inspector at this residence. Went inside, he approve both plumbing and electrical. He explain the need for drywall on the wall. Will work with occupant for those items. Minimal progress with clean up to the interior but some. Will revisit project next Wednesday.
08/07/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Meet with the owner and explained that all of the interior refuse has to be remove also the exterior carport.
07/29/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the owner progress is being made. She says plumber has obtained permit. I explained she needs to get an electrician to look at the Electric. And the electrician needs to pull a permit. Told her for next inspection will be looking at clearing off the floors. There is now walking access down the halls and in other rooms but we're not finished yet.
07/20/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Work has progressed kitchen is still clear living room three quarters clear with boxes stacked against outside wall for staging. Carport has been started on. Next inspection will be hallway and first bedroom.
07/13/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Area as requested from the door to the other side of the kitchen plus the kitchen has been cleared. Next area will be the living room for next week. Took pictures of electrical and plumbing. I went over the notice of violation with homeowner and explained to her the items. She signed my copy and I gave her a copy. She's still trying to not throw stuff away and keep stuff I explained the empty room as she states cannot look like the rest of this house it has to be stored neatly and cannot have it like the rest of the house. Next follow is next Monday.
07/09/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved A rolloff dumpster is on site and the owner was observed working on exterior pile.
07/08/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Visited the site and the owner was outside going thru the stuff to discard.
07/07/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Drove by this morning and vechile was gone. No one appeared to be present.
