Visited site and found refuse and debris in the carport. After knocking on doors and windows the owner came out. Upon confrontenig her with the complaint she admited that the paths to the doors for exits might be blocked. I was allowed access, but was not able to enter thr residence due to the amount of refuse and debris inside. I informered her of the steps I was going to take. She was served a Notice of Emergency Abatement, Notice and Order Indemnification and Notice of Violation with full and fromal to follow. Property was posted. I was informed that there is only a smoke alarm in the hallway. She stated that there was water damage in one of the back rooms and the drywall was not closed up. The egress doors have dual keyed deadbolts. The wrought iron doors have the correct type locks. I was assisted by inspector CB. She needs to be out of the structure after 8:00 Pm nightly. TPD has been notified of the situation. Pictures were tacken see Sire. |
