On site, knock on door no answer. House appears vacant. Notice of trustee's sale posted on front wall. Weeds and grass exceed 6 inches in height in front, sides and rear yard. Also in front sidewalk area and north sidewalk area. In front sidewalk area mesquite tree needs to be trimmed to provide pathway. Refuse and debris throughout property. Follow up in 10 days. |
