Arrived on site met with property manager gave me a invoice that maintenance come out and found a water leak from wash machine on the upper floor.. was identified and repaired by maint that same day .. maintenance came in to unit 137 and sucked up the water in the carpet .. made contact with tenants.. inspected the unit no visible damage to the sheetrock or paint in the closet .. tenant complained of oder from the carpet ... Made contact with management again will have carpet cleaners there to clean the rug in the carpet |
