12/02/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Have inspected the property and it is safe to move back into. Will check back in a couple of weeks to see how he is doing with cleaning up the back where the AZ room is at.
11/20/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Was able to serve a search warrent on Jame Allen at the location in question and found the property to be unfit for human habitation and a notice of emergency abatement was issued. The owner Jame Allen was told he could be at the location only during the day light hours and that he would be arrested if he was there after dark.I gave him until next Friday to show me he could celan up the inside of the house and there was progress I would work with him with more time to get the entire house cleaned. 11/10/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Still was unable to serve the warrent.
11/09/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Tried and was unable to serve the search warrant will try back later in the day.
11/09/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Came back later thjat day because the neighbor call and stated he was home, by the time I got there he had left.
10/14/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Has removed some of the storage but still has more to do. Will check back at the end of the month.
09/15/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Vegetation is fine now still has a lot of work to do with the storage in the back. Will check back on the 25th.
09/08/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Inspection found the JMV has been removed the storage and vegetation is being worked on he still has to move some vegetation to be able to cut the vegetation. Will be check back later this month.
07/31/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Inspection found Trash and Debris stored in the back yard of the unit with a JMV parked in a vehicle stall behind the unit that did not meet code to store a JMV. Vegetation in the rear is overgrown and untended and need to be cut back and maintained.
