The residence appears no different from other homes on the same street from the front. No refuse, debris or broken windows. No untended vegetation. To access the rear I had to trespass on 6 other private properties via a utility easement. The rear masonry wall is too high to see over however there were some openings I could see through with a very limited scope of vision. The residence does have a pool and there is a small amount of stagnant water in the deep end. I will refer the stagnant water to Pima County. Research shows the residence has been unoccupied for approximately one year. Will attempt to find the listed owner. |
