Found wall installed small A/C units with out permits. The unit interior wall was damaged due to condensate overflow leakage. There is a new water heater outside installed without permits. The toilet is not seated to the floor properly. The shower head is missing. There is a faint oder of gas in the unit. I called and left a message for the owner. It apperars that new electrical has been run without permits. There are grounded receptales on a non-grounded system. The windows do not open for safe egress from the unit in a emergency situation. The smoke alarm is missing. There are two dead trees in the front/sides of the unit. |
