06/06/2015 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | Communcation called that T.P.D. on site with a car thru building. Arrived and the vehicle was in the building into a bedroom on the northeast side of the structure. The manager and the maintenance was on site and the maintenance was going to secured once he vehicle was removed. The wall has wood framing studs with stucco on the exterior and drywall on the interior. The studs were broken in half. The window was broken. The vehicle was wedged in the wall and needed to be removed after the framing and stucco was removed. T.P.D. did drive the vehicle out and parked on the property for the owner. Once the opening was secured did a posting of "Do Not Enter" on the plywood. The electrical meter was booted due to the damage and had one outlet in the wall that was damaged. The manager signed all the paper work and went over that the tenants need to notify the management that they are entering the unit. The locks were going to be changed. The upper unit is vacant at this time and advised to keep vacant until the wall has been replaced with the proper wood framing studs. A metal diagonal bracing was removed due to the damage. A Alum. window was removed to remove the vehicle that was already broken. The wall has termite damage on the wood framing studs. Will check in 30 days. RV. |
