Received call from Martin Romero that T.F.D. on site with a carport fire. Arrived and the units were clearing the site and the arson investigators have completed their investigation. T.P.D. on site and were trying to make contact with the owner due to not at home. A vehicle in the carport caught fire and was being towed from the property due to not sure if the vehicle would start again. The vehicle was towed to the yard of the company until the owner calls for the vehicle. The window had both panes broken to the bedroom facing the carport from the fire. The front door had the metal security door forced opened and the wooden door was kicked in and the door jamb was broken on the strike side. The interior of the house was OK and did turn on the electrical panel on the rear of the house which had been turned off during the fire. All was working on the interior electrical and locked all the windows and doors where opened to air out the house. Due to no owner showing up to the site and not able to make contact with the owner, called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the broken window covered with plywood. Did a 4050 SH where the window broke and placed the N.O.V. on the front metal security door with a card to call. T.P.D. took the front door key with them so if the owner called, the owner could pick up the key at the T.P.D. station. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
