The work has been done and having trouble with the permit due to the work was combined 9050 address. Not able to final the permit due to have 2-different address for the same work done due to the fire damage. The contractor will get a new permit or have the address added if possible. Will check in 45 days. RV. |

The unit is vacant and secured. The permit has been issued under the 9050 address next door, T15CM04103 on 6-19-15 and the last inspection was on 6-25-15. The drywall has been removed and replaced with new like for like and being taped at time of the ispection. No repairs to the broken windows or door. Will check in 45 days. RV. |
