SIDEWALK IN FRONT OF PORPERTY WAS COMPLETLY CLEAR TO PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC. UPON INSPECTION I DID NOTICE THAT THE NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR HAD A VAHICLE BLOCKING THE RIGHT OF WAY. I SPOKE TO THE NEIGHBOR AND THEY MOVED THE CAR. |
