11/17/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the owner and the property is not in compliance and appears to be the same as last week inspection. Will meet the owner at 2:00 PM today due to have court. RV.
11/11/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the owner and still working on the cleaning of the property. Did remind the owner of the court date on 11-17-15 at 2:00 PM and she was aware and stated that she will be done. At this time the property is not in compliance and will check on Tuesday in the morning. RV.
10/01/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Did meet with the owner with Becky to check on the cleaning and getting a dumpster on the site. The owner did state if the City of Tucson could get the dumpster that she could get someone to help her clean the property. Did go over what needs to be done to clean the property and of moving the vehicles off the property. Becky did get a dumpster for Friday and the owner will clean up on the weekend. The arraignment is on 10-6-15 and will wait for the court date. RV.
08/25/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Nothing has been done and will do citation. Will wait for the court date. RV.
07/06/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Unable to enter the property due to the gates are locked with chain and lock. Nothing has been done and talk to the owner and has family coming from California to help clean on 7-31-15. The owner has no money to pay for the clean up and has called her family to help. The owner will try and call to check if the vehicle can be towed for free from the property. Will check in 30 days. RV.
