06/26/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the owner and the building is vacant and secured with the tenants moving to building C. Some of the items are still in the building that belong to the tenant and are being stored at this time. The owner is cleaning the property and working on getting the building back on with the electrical but has to be re-done with new. Will check in 45 days. RV.
06/04/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the owner and the power has been restored to the property. The permit has been finaled on 6-3-15 and the power has been turned back on to building and unit C, C-1, trailer A, the wood shop and the common restroom by the shop and the trailer. Building B and B-1 do not have power due to the damage to the structure of Building B. The Tenants from the Building B and B-1 are moving into Building C. All the other tenants will be going into their same units and had no fire damage and were only lacking the water and electrical which has been repaired. The smoke detectors were being installed while on site and will complete to all the liveable units. Will check in 10 days. RV.
