Visited site, inspected, found two illegal a-frames, met employee in office, asked if manager was in stated that the manager is out and would not be back for a while, explained to her about the illegal a-frames and that they needed to secure permits for the a-frames, wrote notice of violation, had employee sign for and gave a copy, will follow up in ten days |
