The sign company is working on getting the permits and did go over that the banner needs the permit now or can be removed until the other permit is issued. Did go over that a citation will be issued if the permit is not issued at the next inspection. Will check in 30 days. RV.
07/13/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Talk to the manager and she called the owner to check on the permit. The owner thought that his partner got the permit and I advised that the permit has not been issued. I did go back to the office and no permit has been issued. The other banners have been removed and only getting the permit for the Best Burger facing Nogales Hwy. Will check in 10 days. RV.
