FOUND YELLOW FORD PICK UP UNDER A SMALL SHADE COVER, OWNER IS RESTORING THE TRUCK, BODY IS IN GOOD CONDITION, TIRES ARE ALL AIRED UP AND OWNER SHOWED ME THE HEADS TO THE ENGINE THAT HAVE BEEN REMOVED AND REPLACEMENT HEADS. OWNER IS A WELDER, DID MOSTLY ON SITE, MOBILE WELDING, IS NOW 65, DOES SMALL THINGS FOR HIS HOME. DID BUILD ADDED CARPORT ALL METAL AND DID HAVE A PERMIT (T13CMO0199) OWNER ALSO BUILT THE NICE WROGHT IRON FENCE IN THE FRONT OF THE YARD. OWNER'S MOBILE WELDER IS PARKED IN FRONT OF THE FORD TRUCK TIRES ARE UP AND WELDER KEPT IN GOOD CONDITION. ALSO HAS TWO TRAILERS PARKED SOUTH OF THE FORD TRUCK NEXT TO THE WELDER. TRAILERS ALSO IN GOOD CONDITION TIRES AIRED UP AND CURRENT PLATES. THE CHEMICAL TANKS REFERED TO BY THE COMPLAINT ARE OXYGEN AND ACETYLENE TANKS IN THE REAR BED OF THE FORD TRUCK THAT ARE FOR A CUTTING TORCH OFTEN USED WHEN CUTTING METAL, THE TANKS ARE EMPTY AND OWNER STATES THEY WILL BE EXCHANGED FOR NEW TANKS WHEN NECESSARY. FRONT YARD WAS FREE OF GRASS AND WEEDS, NO LARGE AMOUNTS OF TRASH AOR DEBRIS, FOUND TWO BLUE BARRELS AND A BUMPER NEAR THE CARPORT. AERIAL VIEWS SHOW NO ADDITIONS SINCE 1998 AND ONLY THE CARPORT WAS ADDED BETWEEN 2012 AND 2014 UNDER PERMIT. NO VIOLATIONS / CLOSE CASE |
