Arrived and the unit has no electrical due to lack of payment. Did find where a hole has been made in the drywall to get to the exterior light for the porch deck to the second floor unit powered by the common area lighting. The exterior light fixture is not connected and the wiring has been connected to an extension cord by connecting a light fixture with an outlet to connect the extension cord. The extension cord is connected to a surge protector and other extension cords amd go to christmas lighting to the other rooms for lighting to the rooms. The unit has been secured before and currently are climbing the rear railing by climbing on the wood fence on the first floor and reaching the railing and climbing over the railing to enter the unit. The rear sliding glass doors have been pulled apart to gain entry into the unit. The owner was being arrested and will call Arcaiden Industries to have the unit secured. Did take pictures and did the posting on the front door of the Notice to Vacate and the Notice of Violation. Did place plywood on the rear railing to prevent and climbing over the rear railing. Both sliding glass doors were screwed shut from the inside and the front security door was pinned shut. Did find where the unit has been secured before and the pins and the screws were removed. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
