The outdoor storage in the rear yard does not exceed the maximum. The perimeter fence in the rear is not 5' in height and not opaque however due to the fact that the items in the yard are not trash or garbage and not readily visible from the common right of way this will not be addressed by CE. There is some refuse in the alley just outside the yard fence for which I will send a notice. |
