Code violations associated with these structures include, but are not limited to, the following: Structures have dilapidation and damage present on interior and exterior components including wood features, walls, windows, roof, with possible compromise of structural integrity on portions of the buildings. Dilapidation is allowing moisture to penetrate structures and cause continued deterioration. Previous structure fires contribute to further damage to structure(s). Property has been ordered secured on multiple occasions. |
