The microwave, the stove have been replaced and the drywall has been repaired. The unit has been cleaned of smoke damage and the tenant has moved back in. The permit T15CM03610 was issued on 6-1-15 and finaled on 6-3-15. All issues have been addressed. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |

Went back to the unit and took pictures. The microwave and the stove have been removed from the unit and on the front porch to be picked up. The owner was cleaning inside the unit. Will check in 30 days. RV. |
