LATER IN THE DAY I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE OWNER JOHN BAKER ASKING ME WHAT ALL WOULD BE INVOLVED CONCERNING THE ADDED PORCH SECTION (COSTS ETC...), I MENTIONED I WOULD GET BACK WITH HIM, THAT I WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO SEE THE PORTION, STATED I COULD ONLY VIEW THE ADDITION FROM THE STREET.
