Accumulation of vegetation over 6" on property and abutting areas; accumulation of refuse including but not limited to scattered debris in rear yard and alley, in truck bed located in front yard, and cat tree in side yard. Noted 2 vehicles and trailer in front which are in good apparent condition and not in violation at this time, trailer can be parked in front yard; storage and jmv in rear yard screened; some storage in carport, but is not excessive. |
