Met with the owner and reviewed the plans and permits. They do not show or reflect a deck with railing above the second story structure. Spoke with CT, CK, and MT for research on this project. M says the DDO was only for a porch, not the addtion. The building people say that a permit to verify if the roof can be a deck and for the railing. |
