The non-bearing framework in this area has been damaged by the fire. The panel box for this unit, including the feeder wires and other electrical wiring. There are two large holes in the ceiling and roof sheathing. Heavy smoke damage to the drywall throughout the unit. The front windows were broken out and the door was pryed open. I spoke to the owner, Maarten. He stated that he would secure the windows and the door. See notes and photos in SIRE. F/U 60 days. |
