07/07/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the owner and the lighting has been installed and the framing is complete. Some of the covering has been installed for the lighting and will complete the other opening left on the ceiling in the kitchen. The covering is masonite and only being used where the ceiling was pulled down and not going to use the panel tiles to match the existing. Will allow the owners to stay in the mobile home and will continue to work on the repairs. The permit has been issued, T15CM03832 on 6-8-15 and the last inspection was today on the electrical with all approved. Will check in 45 days. RV.
06/25/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The owner called for the final on the electrical and the electrical has been approved for reconnect. All the electrical on the interior has been completed and has not installed the exhaust fan or installed the ceiling covering. All the framing has been repaired. Did let the owner know that the steps need to be installed in the front or main entrance where removed due to aged and falling apart. The owner is trying to move back in. The inspection is sheduled for the final electrical once the power has been restored to check the GFCI's. The owner will call when the power is on and the final for the electrical has been completed. Will check in 30 days. RV.
