12/01/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Meet with the owner and she is in the process of repairing all the unit. I found A/C Split systems have been installed without permit and she has been notified. The last unit east is ready other than the A/C. she can move a tenant into that unit.
06/29/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the owner and the person residing as tenant. Tenant refuse to access to the plumbing contractor to do the work. The owner had contracted him to go in and check and verify what the line condition was. We posted a 48 hour notice plumber will try to reenter in 48 hours.
