There was an excavation in the rear yard. The electrical panel has not been replaced and has been upgraded at an earlier date. The home has an existing A/C system in place. I spoke with the PO and he explained that the excavation is being done under permit through Pima County Waste Management for the replacement of the septic tank. I spoke with Ken Van Karsen who confirmed no COT involvement to replace/repair septic. |
