06/05/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE OWNER THAT THE SMALLER OF THE TWO SIGN WAS REMOVED AND THAT HE SECURED A PERMIT. SIGN PERMIT WAS SECURED IN ISSUED STATUS.
05/15/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved VISITED SITE, DID FIND SIGNAGE ON THE PROPERTY, A FRAME SIGN WAS INSIDE THE LOT. SPOKE WITH THE OWNER, INFORMED HIM OF THE COMPLAINT, EDUCATED HIM ON THE SIGN CODE, AND PROVIDED SIGN CODE PAPERWORK. BANNER SIGN ON THE SOUTH FENCE, 3 FEATHER BANNERS TIED TO THE EAST FENCE, AND A FRAME SIGN WERE ALL REMOVED AND BROUGHT IN AND LEFT AT THE MAIN STRUCTURE. OWNER STATED HE WOULD REMOVE THE SIGNS ON THE BUILDING. NOV WAS ISSUED TO REMOVE OR PERMIT.
*** LATER RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE OWNER THAT HE WAS GOING TO GET A PERMIT BUT IT MAY BE A COUPLE OF WEEKS.
