07/10/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Talk to the owner and still working on the rear yard. The carport has been cleared of all the storage. The locks of all the security window guards have been changed. The owner is trying to get the pile of trash and debris removed from the property. Did advise to call the brush and bulky to check if they pick up from the rear yard instead of the curb. Will check in 10 days. RV.
05/20/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved All the paths to all the doors and windows have all been cleared and have access to all the doors and windows for the rapaid escape. All the smoke detectors have been installed and went over the locks on the window guards. She currently has no money to pay for the locks and will be leaving them opened. She was getting prices for the locks to be changed. Did let the owner know that the locking devices need to be of a quick release from the interior of the house. The owner is still working on cleaning the property. Will check in 30 days. RV.

05/14/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Was on way to check the property on the status on the cleaning of the property and the owner called that they did not clean enough to stay in the house. She was in the process of finding a place to stay at the time of the call. She was going to continue on cleaning tomorrow and hopefully have enough done to stay on Friday. Will check tomorrow. RV.
