ON 2/15/2016 I HAD REINSPECTED THE STRUCTURE, 1X 10 BEAM HAD BEEN REPLACED AND 2 2X4 TRIMMERS AND KING STUD HAD BEEN REPLACED. ALSO 2' X 8 FT OF DRYWALL REPLACED, TAPED AND TEXTURED. THE UNIT IS NOW VACANT. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
