Did talk to the owner and went over that the feather banner is not allowed on the property and have talk to one of the barbers. The feather banner has been removed once before and will do a citation if installed again. The owner thought if on private property that it was OK and went over the the last inspection on the same issue. Did advise that a permit is not able to be purchased for the feather banner. The owner stated that he will not install the feather banner and will check with the sign department to try and get a banner on the building. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
