Inspection of rear unit at request of tenant; front room has outlet installed at an angle; unit lacks any smoke detectors; rear (west) bedroom window has an incorrectly installed evaporative cooler with the switch box and cords loose directly in the plenum; cooler also lacks cover on the interior; bedroom door exits into private corridor which has blocked access to driveway or open area; the corridor is filled with storage and debris; water heater for unit in this area has deteriorated insulation frayed around top of vent intake, ignition, and bottom area inhibiting normal use; junction boxes (one interior, one exterior) lack covers; multiple lights lack globes or covers. |
