There are weeds and grass in the front and rear yards which exceed 6" in height. There are palm trees with dead fronds which are within 10' of the ground. The roof is dilapidated and the roofing material is damaged and not providing a water-tight barrier for the plywood decking and the rain drip rail is damaged and missing on the south side of the roof at the fascia. House appears to be occupied and the swimming pool in the rear yard is being maintained. Will send NOV0 As for the accusation the motorhome is being occupied, I was unable to confirm. The MH is inoperable with flat tires.
