At site, no weeds in the front or side yards, no dilapidated fencing. There is refuse/storage items in the back yard and west side of home. it's less than 25% of the lot, but can be seen from the alley. I spoke to a neighbor, they're concern is the pool. There was no water in the pool. F/U 10 days. |
