Sign moved to the bed of a truck. I spoke to a woman in the business and she stated "she had called and was told it would be alright in the truck". When pressed as to who she spoke with she had no answer. I explained again the sign was allowed if a permit were issued and told her to remove the sign and not to display it until a permit is issued. Furthermore I explained that a citation will follow if I witness the sign again without permit. |
