I entered the dwelling from the back sliding glass door. The tenant has stored and stacked items throughout the dwelling creating small paths to access other areas of the dwelling. Some areas of these stacked items go from the floor to the ceiling. There are items stacked up on the kitchen counter and on the floor. There are two sets of filing cabinets, one along the South wall and one in the bedroom. I issued a hand written Emergency abatement and Order to Vacant, and a handwritten NOV for Means of Egress. I explained to the manager, Elena, that the tenant couldn't move back into the unit until the means of egress from the dwelling has been abated. F/U 30 days. |
