I advised if he doesn't let contractor in to do repairs i will be closing case. He said he would let them in, but will need to sch. in for mid September because he is leaving for vacation, I advised manager she will sch. for then. Also owner ask for green board on ceiling and about boarder and claims he has mold, again I advised that the city will not be addressing any mold, boarder or requiring any green board on ceiling. will follow up mid September.
05/28/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Management doing their part just not getting cooperation from tenant to get access to unit to do repairs, will talk to tenant if tenant is not willing to let management do non emergency repairs, just ceiling damage in restroom, leak was repaired at upstairs unit. Per / supervision ( rick saldate ) will be closing case
